Ms. Hincks was elected by the plan members in 2009. She has been employed with the Regina Public School Board commencing September 3, 1974 and entered the Civic Pension Plan on that date. Ms. Hinks has been a payroll officer with the Public School Board since October 1976 and has also been an Employee Representative on the Civic Pension & Benefits Committee continuously since 1975.
